BluNet can acquire a night recording in simple steps:

pulsante-sleep

  • Connect the BluNet to the iPad
  • Program the unattended recording for the night with the BluePod app
  • Check the traces directly on the display of your iPad/iPhone
  • Control if all the sensors are well connected, before the patient goes home
  • Download data in the morning
  • Study your EDF+ files

Polysomnography (PSG)

PSG is currently the gold standard procedure in the detection of the Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSAS). This method is, however, timeconsuming and expensive. The portable recording devices are a diffuse, simple and efficient solution for the screening of undiagnosed population for OSA, when access to PSG is limited.

How to optimize the healthcare resourses?

The portable sleep devices allow efficient screening of patients suffering from sleep disorders.
Portable sleep devices allow to optimize the health care resources and the access times to the exams.
In the sleep field, BluNet can cover different levels of sleep studies, thanks to its modularity.

BluNet modular system is composed by the following modules:

Polygraphic module

EEG module

DIB module

Sleep modules key features

  • Small Sizes/Weight: maximum performance with the minimum encumbrance
  • Wearable and portable: maximum comfort for the patient, less “invasive“ & more effective clinical examination
  • High improvement in the A/D hardware design solutions (higher analogic quality and smaller dimensions)
  • High technical accuracy
  • BT Low Energy: signals are transmitted to the host software via Bluetooth Low Energy. The signals are stored in the microSD inside the device.
BT LE reduces significantly the power consumption
  • European Data Format (EDF+) file: data are memorized in an EDF+ (European Data Format) format file
The EDF+ can be read and displayed with every software of analysis
  • Use of the Clouds for effective communication, collaboration and sharing of information
